Workers eligible to claim payment only must be currently employed and meet one of the following criteria:
- Building and Construction Industry: Registered prior to 1 July 2012 – 10 years’ service
- Community Industry: Aged 55+ years – 5 years’ service
- Security Industry: Aged 55+ years – 5 years’ service
