2024-25 worker annual statements

ACT Leave has begun issuing worker annual statements for the 2024-25 period via email. Statements are being issued progressively by industry:

Community Sector Industry workers received their statements on Thursday 4 September.

Security and Services Industry workers are scheduled to receive their statements on Thursday 18 September.

Building and Construction Industry workers are scheduled to receive their statements on Thursday 25 September.

Statements can also be accessed directly via the worker portal by navigating to the Correspondence tab.

Workers who have elected to receive paper copies of their statements will begin receiving them from 12 September 2025.

Office closed on Monday 2 March 2026

The ACT Leave office will be closed for in-person assistance while we undertake building maintenance on Monday 2 March 2026.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Increase to the Security Industry levy rate

Effective from 1 July 2024, the levy rate for the Security Industry Scheme will increase to 1.47%. An email advising of the change was sent on 5 February 2024.

New Services Industry Scheme

Portable Long Service Leave has been expanded to allow workers in the hairdressing, beauty, accommodation and food services industries to accrue long service leave. The new scheme will start in April 2025.
