Temporary closure – ICT network upgrade on 30 March 2026

ACT Leave will be closed on Monday 30 March 2026 as we upgrade our ICT network and introduce a new call centre to improve our services.

During this time, we will be unable to respond to phone and email enquiries and reception will be closed.

The client portal will remain available and can be accessed as usual throughout the upgrade period.

If your enquiry is not urgent, we encourage you to contact us from Tuesday 31 March 2026.

We appreciate your patience and look forward to continuing to support you with an improved service experience.

There’s been an update to the rate of interest for contractors operating in our portable long service leave schemes.

Holiday Shutdown
