Holiday Shutdown

We will be closed for the holiday shutdown from 12pm Tuesday 24 December 2024, and will be back in the office at 8.30am on Thursday 2 January 2025. 

Claims payments during the holiday season 

Our last payment run for claims was on 19 December 2024. Payments for the new year will begin again on Friday 3 January 2025.

Change to payment reference details
Some payment reference details have changed with the launch of our new client portal.

Please take a moment to review your invoice and ensure that your payment reference is correct before processing your payment. This will ensure we can allocate your payment to your appropriate account.

Your new payment details can be found on your invoice as well as in the ‘How to Pay’ section on your dashboard in the new client portal.

If you are unsure what reference number you should use, please contact us.
