With the launch of the new portal, BPAY payment details have changed for some Working Directors to enhance security, streamline payment processes, and integrate more seamlessly with the new system.

The new BPAY details are now in effect.

What do I need to do?

Before you make your next levy contribution, you will need to check that your ACT Leave BPAY details in your online banking portal match the new BPAY details. Your BPAY details can be found on your next Return Payment Notice, as well as in the ‘How to Pay’ section on your dashboard in the new client portal.

If you have been issued with an invoice prior to the launch of the new client portal and the invoice has not yet been paid, please use the new BPAY details listed in the ‘How To Pay’ section in the new client portal. Using old BPAY details may delay receipt of your payment.

Employee annual statements are now available on the Worker Portal
Your employee annual statement shows the number of service days your employer has recorded for work you performed in a covered industry within the ACT in the previous financial year, as well as the wages that have been recorded for you.

We recommend checking your statement carefully, as any missing service or incorrect information may affect your entitlement.

To view your annual statement, please log in to our Worker Portal.
