We will be closed for the holiday shutdown from 12pm Friday 22 December 2023, and will be back in the office at 8.30am on Tuesday 2 January 2024.

Claims payments during the holiday season

Please let your employees know that our last payment run for claims will be Wednesday 20 December 2023, with payments beginning again on Thursday 4 January 2024. We recommend getting claim requests in as soon as possible to ensure payment before the holiday shutdown.

Important Client Portal information
ACT Leave is launching a new client portal to provide a more streamlined way of managing portable long service leave within the ACT.

To prepare for the launch of the new system, the current portal will be switched off from 3.55pm on Thursday 28 November 2024. From this time there will be no access to the portals, including for ACT Leave staff.

We expect the new portal will be available by Thursday 5 December 2024.
