Holiday shutdown

We will be closed for the holiday shutdown from 12pm Friday 22 December 2023, and will be back in the office at 8.30am on Tuesday 2 January 2024.

Claims payments during the holiday season

Please let your employees know that our last payment run for claims will be Wednesday 20 December 2023, with payments beginning again on Thursday 4 January 2024. We recommend getting claim requests in as soon as possible to ensure payment before the holiday shutdown.

Access your Worker Annual Statement

Worker Annual Statements are now available on the worker portal. To view your statement, log in to the portal and go to Correspondence – Documents.  

If you’ve chosen to receive a paper copy of your statement, you can expect to receive it by post from mid-September. Delivery times may vary depending on your industry.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Increase to the Building & Construction levy rate

Effective from 1 October 2024, the levy rate for the Building & Construction Industry Scheme will increase to 2.75%. An email advising of the change was sent on 30 January 2024.
