Your employee annual statement shows the number of service days your employer has recorded for work you performed in a covered industry within the ACT in the previous financial year, as well as the wages that have been recorded for you.

We recommend checking your statement carefully, as any missing service or incorrect information may affect your entitlement.

To view your annual statement, please log in to our Worker Portal

If you haven’t accessed the Worker Portal before, you will need to register for online access using your registration ID provided to you when you were first registered for portable long service leave.

For more information on entitlements, how to claim missing service, or how to claim a benefit, visit our FAQs or relevant industry pages on this website.

Contact us if you require assistance accessing the portal or have any questions about your annual statement.

Upcoming change to the Contract Cleaning Scheme
From 1 April 2025, portable long service leave coverage in the ACT will extend to eligible workers in the services industry with the commencement of the Services Industry Scheme.

Once the scheme commences, the Contract Cleaning Industry Scheme will no longer exist as a separate scheme and will instead be incorporated into the new Services Industry Scheme.
