Please let your employees know that the last claims payment for the 2024-25 financial year will be on Thursday 26 June 2025. To be included in this payment, claims must have been submitted by Thursday 12 June 2025.

Any claims received after this date will be begin to be processed in the new financial year, from Thursday 3 July 2025.

Final reporting to the ATO for payment summaries will be completed by 14 July 2025, in line with legislative requirements. Workers can access their payment summaries through their MyGov account.

Easter Closure

ACT Leave will be closed for the Easter break from Friday 3 April 2026, reopening on Tuesday 7 April 2026.

The client portal will remain available and can be accessed as usual during this time.

Portable Long Service Leave Employee Engagement Survey

The ACT Government would like to hear from workers in the accommodation and food services industry to assist in ongoing implementation activities before joining the Services Industry Scheme from 1 July 2026.

If you are currently working, or have worked in the industry, please visit the worker survey.

The survey will close at 11.59 pm on 31 March 2026.
