31 August 2026

Worker Annual Statements are now available on the worker portal. To view your statement, log in to the portal and go to Correspondence – Documents.

If you’ve chosen to receive a paper copy of your statement, you can expect to receive it by post from mid-September. Delivery times may vary depending on your industry.

The statement provides a summary of your service record with ACT Leave, which is used to determine whether you have reached an entitlement and are eligible to make a claim for portable long service leave – make sure you read your statement and check your details are accurate.
