Please be advised that the ACT Leave client portal will be unavailable from 3.00pm on Friday 8 November 2024 to Sunday 10 November 2024 for system maintenance. This is part of the preparations for the launch of a new ACT Leave client portal in December 2024.

The new portal will replace the current system, offering you a more streamlined, secure and efficient way to manage your portable long service leave arrangements within the ACT.

During the transition period, there may be additional temporary closures of the client portal. However, we will provide you with as much notice as possible and make every effort to keep any downtime brief to minimise disruption.

Need more information?

We will contact you again in late November with further details about the new portal and key information about the transition process.

To ensure a smooth transition, we are developing guides and resources to help you navigate the new system. These will be shared with you once the new portal is live.

We’re here if you need us

In the meantime, if you have any questions or need assistance managing your portable long service leave, visit actleave.act.gov.au, email enquiry@actleave.act.gov.au or call 02 6247 3900 to speak to a client service representative.
